Membership Details

Club Card

Members shall produce Club Card issued by the Club for Entry and Identification purpose. Use of facilities at the various locations of the Club is not permitted unless a Member or his/her spouse / dependents carry the Club Card. In the event of loss/misplacement of the Club Card, the member shall apply for a duplicate Card and obtain temporary permission to use the facilities and amenities of the Club.

Instructions for Bringing Guests by the members

A guest shall be admitted to the Club only when accompanied by the Member who introduces him.

Members are requested to adhere to the Dress Code and ensure that their guests accompanying also follow the Dress Code.

The Member concerned must enter the name(s) in a Digital Register kept at the Reception Counter for the purpose when entering the Club.

A Member may at his own expense entertain guests subject to Club Rules and Regulations and payment of charges as may from time to time be prescribed by the Managing Committee.

The Member shall be responsible for the conduct of his / her guest(s) and for the strict observance of the Rules and Regulations of the Club by his / her guest(s).

The Managing Committee reserves the right to restrict any member not to introduce any particular person as a guest and the decision of the Managing Committee in this respect shall be final.

Fee for Club Members Guests

  • Guest Fee @ Rs. 50/ per head up to a maximum of 8 guests.
  • Beyond 8 guests @ Rs. 100/- per guest.
  • Maximum No. of guests allowed per Member is 16 only.
  • Temporary/ Visiting Members are not allowed to entertain guests at the Club.

Dress Code

Members should be attired suitably depending on the weather conditions in viz, Suits / Blazer /Combinations / Safari / Tucked in Shirt / Bush Shirt with Trousers and shoes (Chappals not allowed). Indian Dress viz, Kurta Payjama, Dhoti-Kurta with Sandals with straps may be worn inside the Club House premises only.

Attires Not Permitted in the Club (At Tea Lounge / Bar/Dining Hall)

  • Patkas / Caps.
  • Sportswear / Shorts.
  • T Shirts without collars or bearing figures or slogans on it.
  • Short and sleeveless vests and round neck T-shirts.
  • Children below 12 years of age may wear shorts.


The Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to valuables, cash or any belongings of a member and/or his guests, sons, daughters etc.
