Rules and Regulations for Reciprocal Members
- The Reciprocal arrangements will apply only to bonafide members, having a valid Membership Card of their respective Club.
- Reciprocal Members are requested to carry their valid Membership Card as and when they visit the Chelmsford Club.
- Reciprocal facilities will be made available only to members visiting New Delhi and not to members who have taken permanent residence in the NCR.
- Dependents of the Reciprocal Members must be accompanied by their parents.
- Reciprocal members should sign their entry details in the register maintained at the Reception Counter.
- Temporary Reciprocal Card will be made at the Reception Counter at the cost of current charges Rs236/- with the validity of three months.
- All transactions in the Club will be made through this Temporary Reciprocal Card only. Reciprocal Members to top-up / recharge their Card at the Reception Counter of the Club by way of Cash / Debit / Credit Card.
- Recharged amount is non-refundable. However he/she may use the balance amount remaining in their Card in the next visit to the Club.
- Reciprocal Members() can bring maximum upto seven guests with him to the Club at a time.
- Guest(s) must be accompanied by Reciprocal member(s).
- Rs.100/- per guest (per visit) upto four and beyond four will be charged 200/- per guest.
- Reciprocal members can visit the Club for a maximum of five days in a month.
- No credit facilities will be provided to the reciprocal members. All payments are to be made through Temporary Reciprocal Card.
- For booking / reserving a Party, a written request or email to be sent to the Secretary Chelmsford Club Ltd. at chelmsfordclub@gmail.com by the reciprocal members. If any cancellation is made by the reciprocal members, then all the rules and regulations for the cancellation shall be applicable.
- All reciprocal members to strictly adhere to Delhi Excise and Club Rules & Regulations.
- Dress code as applicable will be followed strictly.
- All Rights are reserved by Chelmsford Club Ltd.
Members should be attired suitably depending on the weather conditions in viz, Suits / Blazer /Combinations / Safari / Tucked in Shirt / Bush Shirt with Trousers and shoes (Chappals not allowed). Indian Dress viz, Kurta Payjama, Dhoti-Kurta with Sandals with straps may be worn inside the Club House premises only.
- Patkas / Caps.
- Sportswear / Shorts.
- T Shirts without collars or bearing figures or slogans on it.
- Short and sleeveless vests and round neck T-shirts.
- Children below 12 years of age may wear shorts.
- All guests must be accompanied by the Members.
- Members are requested to adhere to the dress code and ensure that their guests accompanying also follow the dress code.
- Members must get their guests registered at the Reception Counter of the Club.
- Reciprocal Member(s) can bring maximum upto seven guests with him to the Club at a time.
- Rs.100/- per guest (per visit) upto four and beyond four will be charged 200/- per guest.
- Reciprocal members can visit the Club for a maximum of five days in a month.
- Guest(s) must be accompanied by Reciprocal member(s).
- Children above 8 years @ 100/- per head
- Bringing of any Arms or Ammunition to the Club Premises is strictly prohibited.
- Members & their guests are advised to use mobile phones discretely while in the Club.
- Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the Card Room.
